Freddie Grubb x The Modern House

We collaborated with London-based estate agency The Modern House to create a stylish and sustainable alternative to the ubiquitous estate agent’s car

The Modern House bike is a bespoke city bicycle based on our Walbrook 3-speed model. Both stylish and comfortable, the bike was built to fulfil the needs of TMH staff; the addition of a Porteur Rack enables the team to carry brochures and documents to meetings.

The bicycle frame top tube was given a hand-stitched leather wrap, embossed with the Modern House logo, hand-stitched leather grips and a Freddie Grubb leather saddle complete the look. The result is a beautiful and functional lightweight town bike - a Modern Bicycle for the Modern House.
